Dr. Rushaunda is a dedicated professional committed to helping individuals unleash their potential and step into greatness. With almost 19 years of experience working for the Federal Government, she has primarily focused on supporting Sexual Assault Victims and Survivors, collaborating closely with SANEs and SAMFEs (Sexual Assault Medical Forensic Examiners). Dr. Rushaunda has also developed numerous training programs to enhance professional development and maximize potential. As an experienced instructor, she has taught a variety of professional development courses, including Leadership, Communication, Resilience, Team Building, and more.

Dr. Rushaunda holds a Doctor of Psychology degree specializing in Criminology and Justice Studies, along with Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Criminal Justice. She has been happily married to her husband, an active United States Army member, for 23 years, and they have three sons. With a passion for helping others thrive, Dr. Rushaunda empowers individuals to reach their full potential and achieve personal and professional growth.
