Program Overview

This program is unlike any other in the professional market. It offers all the components of the EQ: Emotional Intelligence training and more. Due to the intensity of the program and the effective results, we offer the above program as a 12-month program. Our research has shown more time on task has proven to be 93% more effective in the areas of emotional intelligence, strategic decision making and mindset shift. We highly recommend the 12-month program for value and results.

Meetings are scheduled twice a month and follow a series of exercises, dialog, readings, and real-time problem-solving.  Your personal Executive and Business Coach becomes the personal resource for business inquiries, research, and a source for unfiltered confidential discussions about professional issues.

The goal of the program is to offer a professional space to sort out pressures, daily business issues, and all things that come with having a career or looking to start a new one. The program structure is prescribed as a monthly task and discussion curriculum.  

However, progress and outcomes serve as the core.  Deviation from the structure to support the individual on other pressing professional matters and problem-solving may take precedence. This program also explores how personal life supports and intersects with the professional.  Exploration of work-life consistency and balance.

Emotional Intelligence Component

The coaching program also focuses on the individual person. The program explores individual behaviors, the application of self-assessment, self-regulating, self-management, and empathy. One of the goals is for participants to explore their current effect on people and challenge themselves to grow and adjust.  

A person in an executive or higher professional role has a great deal of pressure and those pressures can offer residual damage to those who work for or with them. This training helps strengthen the individual by exploring how Emotional Intelligence can be a highly effective tool to use in a high-pressure position or situation.

The training supports individuals who are leaders, managers, supervisors, and those who are looking to pursue higher professional roles.
