Also, an adjunct professor with Alliant International University, Dr. Jeff teaches Ph.D. and MA level psychology classes in Motivation, Innovation, and Performance. He received his Master’s and Doctorate in Positive Organizational Psychology from Claremont Graduate University.

A Presidential Plus National Merit Scholarship awardee, he also earned a BBA in Marketing and Management from Texas Tech University Rawls College of Business.
