Ms. Frazier brings an engaging and compassionate worldview to her work at MK Circle Institute. As the lead counselor at Starview Adolescent Services, she managed a diverse staff while working directly with families and children struggling with complex, stressful, and multi-dimensional challenges, and diagnoses. Negotiating both the goals of a multifaceted treatment team as well as the needs of her clients, Ms. Frazier was also responsible for completing significant state-mandated documentation and diagnostic materials to ensure compliance and to maintain continuity of care with the families with whom she worked.

Ms. Frazier currently services as a Crisis Intervention Specialist as part of the Hope Team/ BeWell Orange County, de-escalating and assisting crisis situations for families, the homeless, and the mentally ill.

She received her Masters in Psychology from Pepperdine University, Los Angeles, with four semesters of inclusion on the President’s List for academic excellence. She received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach.
