Dr. C. Brown works with our clients to identify and develop the resources and skills that will help them implement and achieve their goals. With hands-on experience in management, program, and organizational planning, Dr. C. Brown also enjoys projects that promote outreach, leadership development, and mentoring both within organizations and in the community at large.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Social and Behavioral Sciences from California State University at Northridge, Dr. C. Brown has a Doctor of Psychology, Organizational Management, and Consulting from Phillips Graduate University. He is the Vice President of Membership for the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources, and a member of the African American Board Leadership Institute and Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. Dr. C. Brown serves as an Executive/Leadership & Professional Coach with MKCircle CEO Institute.
