Dr. Athos brings over 20 years of leadership experience, including serving as President and CEO of STARLI Destinations LLC, a multi-million-dollar delivery service partnership with Amazon. His portfolio encompasses executive, transformative, and ethical leadership in single and multi-campus institutions, along with large community college systems with enrollments exceeding 110,000 students annually. Previously, Dr. Athos held the position of Vice President of Administrative Services at Union College, New Jersey, overseeing various departments and driving program development and marketing efforts. As Vice Chancellor of Student Services at Houston Community College (HCC), he provided strategic oversight to multiple college presidents and centers of excellence while managing the budget and resource allocation for student services.

Notably, as Vice President of Student Affairs at Bronx Community College of the City University of New York (CUNY), Dr. Athos implemented a visionary approach focused on access, support services, engagement, and success for a diverse student population, resulting in improved enrollment and graduation rates.
