Tamela Veronique brings over twenty years of experience in organizational consulting, nonprofit development, and strategic leadership to her work with business owners, entrepreneurs, and nonprofit leaders.

Tamela’s specialty is transformation through strategic thinking. Her core belief: every organization, including nonprofits, is a business, and every business requires the same foundational elements to grow, sustain, and create lasting impact. Too often, organizations have no shortage of programs, passion, or mission; what they’re missing is strategic clarity. Tamela works with clients to close that gap, moving them from reactive to intentional and building the strategic foundation needed to thrive.

At the heart of Tamela’s coaching approach is The MKCircle CEO Institute’s Operational Style, a user-friendly, psychology-based model for self-discovery that reveals what motivates how a person thinks, feels, and behaves. This is where transformation begins; not with tactics, but with self-awareness. By helping clients understand their own operational style, and recognize and appreciate it in others, Tamela strengthens how they communicate, build relationships, and engage across their professional, personal, and social spaces. This self-knowledge becomes a growth strategy in itself, helping leaders reach their highest potential by working from their natural talents rather than against them.

From that foundation, Tamela layers in the CEO Institute’s EOES Business Growth Method, a framework that guides leaders through four strategies: Emulate, Originate, Establish, and Sustain to translate self-awareness into a clear strategic plan. Together, the two approaches help clients see clearly who they are, where they’re going, and exactly how to get there.

As a strategist, Tamela has spent over two decades translating complex information into clear, actionable strategy helping individuals and organizations see what they cannot see on their own and build a purposeful path forward. Her work is further shaped by more than twenty years of civic and community leadership across Southern California.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of La Verne and a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Leadership from Cal State San Bernardino.
